Shipping and returns
Unfortunately, not at this time. Our parcels require a signature upon delivery so you will need to supply a home or work address where a signature can be obtained by our couriers.
If a signature cannot be obtained, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Parcel Connect store. You must collect your parcel within five (5) working days.
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas*, please check your location against the list below:
WEDNESDAY, 6 DECEMBER: Tasmania
MONDAY, 11 DECEMBER: Adelaide, Bendigo, Geelong
TUESDAY, 12 DECEMBER: Albury, Canberra, Melbourne, Wollongong
THURSDAY, 14 DECEMBER: Bundaberg (Wide Bay), Cairns, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Mackay/Rockhampton, Newcastle, Northern Rivers, Orange, Port Macquarie, Sydney, Tamworth, Townsville
SUNDAY, 17 DECEMBER: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba
*These dates are recommended by our courier, but please ensure you place your order as soon as possible to avoid any unexpected delays during the busy holiday season.
If you place an order after the shipping cut-off time for your area, it will still be shipped the next business day but this may prevent you from receiving your order before Christmas.
Bottled Books is currently shipping to 95% of the Australian population. Some rural areas, including the Northern Territory, are unable to be serviced.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
We aim to ship products on Mondays and Thursdays. If your order is placed after the cut-off time (8pm AEST the evening prior), it will be included in the next batch.
For Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, please allow up to five (5) business days for your order to be delivered. Western Australia orders may take up to twelve (12) business days.
Please be advised that these are estimated delivery times only, provided by our courier.
Please choose your Bottled Books products carefully. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless a faulty or incorrect item has been shipped to you.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped to you, please email email@example.com with the subject line CANCEL ORDER. Please ensure you use this subject line exactly, as it will help us find and process your request.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within two (2) days of delivery with the subject line PRODUCT QUERY, along with photos of the fault or incorrect product so we can verify your request.
We are a small business and we want to keep shipping prices reasonable for our customers.
Unfortunately, this means that some of our rural and international customers will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on Bottled Books polishes while we secure a contract with a bigger postal company.
